{"id":12140,"date":"2025-01-07T23:03:02","date_gmt":"2025-01-07T22:03:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/domaine-la-parpaille.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=12140"},"modified":"2025-01-10T09:17:00","modified_gmt":"2025-01-10T08:17:00","slug":"christmas-cookie-recipe-1","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/domaine-la-parpaille.com\/en\/news\/christmas-cookie-recipe-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Recipe ~ Christmas Cookies # 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/p>\n<p>For about twenty biscuits<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>For the biscuits<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>300g of T65 flour<\/p>\n<p>150 g of unsalted butter at room temperature<\/p>\n<p>150g of brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 egg<\/p>\n<p>1 level tbsp of 5 spices<\/p>\n<p>1 pinch of bicarbonate<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>For the ganache<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>50g of whipping cream<\/p>\n<p>200 g dark chocolate<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Preparation<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (gas mark 6)<\/p>\n<p>In a salad bowl, mix the dry ingredients of the dough.<\/p>\n<p>In a food processor, mix the butter and brown sugar, then add the egg and mix until completely incorporated.<\/p>\n<p>Add the ingredients from the salad bowl and mix quickly until a smooth ball forms.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the dough in half and roll out each piece.<\/p>\n<p>Cut out shapes with cookie cutters (about 40).<\/p>\n<p>Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.<\/p>\n<p>On half, cut out shapes so that you can see the filling.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for 12 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, prepare the ganache.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the chocolate into very small pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the cream without boiling it.<\/p>\n<p>When the latter is hot, add the chocolate \u2013 cover with a lid and wait 5 minutes \u2013 stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately fill the full biscuit part and cover them with the openwork biscuits.<\/p>\n<p>Leave to set at room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Store in a metal cookie tin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>DLP Tips<\/u><\/p>\n<p>To make it easier to mix the cream and chocolate in the ganache, heat the cream then place the cream and chocolate mixture in a very gentle bain-marie \u2013 leave to melt and stir gently after a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To be enjoyed with a good CHIA tea from the XXX brand<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chocolate cookies \u2013 Speculoos \ud83c\udf6b\u2728<br \/>\nIt&#039;s here...
