Add a pinch of fleur de sel.<\/p>\n<p>Put in a pretty jar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>The little + DLP<\/u><\/p>\n<p>For crunch, crush almonds into small pieces \u2013 roast them and add them to the cream.<\/p>\n<p>Replace the almond puree with hazelnut or black sesame puree.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vanilla Apple Butter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/p>\n<p>4 apples<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd squeezed lemon<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>6 tbsp soft butter<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>1 large pinch of fleur de sel<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Preparation<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Peel and cut the apples into coarse pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Cook them uncovered with about 15cl of water, stirring regularly. When the apples are tender and there is almost no water left, turn off the heat, drain the apples and put them in a blender. Add the lemon juice, vanilla, butter, syrup and salt. Blend until you obtain an ultra-fine texture.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the apple butter into a glass jar and keep cool before serving.<\/p>\n<p>Keeps for one or two weeks \u2013 Can be frozen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>The little + DLP<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Add cinnamon when cooking apples<\/p>\n<p>Replace apples with pears<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orange jelly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/p>\n<p>2kg oranges<\/p>\n<p>900g sugar<\/p>\n<p>20cl apple juice<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Preparation<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Squeeze the oranges to obtain 1l<\/p>\n<p>Add apple juice and sugar<\/p>\n<p>Place in a basin and bring to the boil. Then lower the heat and stir frequently with a skimmer.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for about fifteen minutes \u2013 place a drop of jelly on the edge of a plate so that it does not run.<\/p>\n<p>Skim well then put into jars and sterilize.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>The little + DLP<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Put \u00bd oranges \u2013 \u00bd clementines<\/p>\n<p>Zest an orange with a peeler \u2013 prepare thin slices and blanch them.
