Add to the contents of the pot.<\/p>\n<p>Place over low heat and mix \u2013 pass through the immersion arm, leaving a few lumps.<\/p>\n<p>The jam is ready when a drop of jam is dropped onto the edge of a plate and the jam does not run.<\/p>\n<p>Place in sterilized jars \u2013 turn the jars upside down for 15 minutes then put them back upright.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DLP Tips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Replace star anise with cinnamon or vanilla.<\/p>\n<p>Other interesting pairings: tonka bean \u2013 rosemary or thyme<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy on a nice slice of fresh bread and butter \u2013 or with fromage blanc and granola.
