To continue our meal, we chose to share several tapas, simple yet incredibly delicious! A wonderful hummus served with paprika toast, labneh enhanced by the freshness of cucumber, and traditional panisse! Each bite was a moment of pure joy and freshness!<\/p>\n
All accompanied by a tasty little local white wine (Lourmarin) and a delicious bread.<\/p>\n
And finally, because a good meal never ends without a sweet note, we succumbed to the chocolate and roasted hazelnut ganache served with homemade whipped cream, as well as the roasted apricots presented with an olive oil biscuit\u2026 Special note for the ganache!<\/p>\n
