Provide a supplement of 7\u20ac\/day per animal.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are accepted on a leash and cannot go into the rooms<\/li>\n<li>Their stay will cost you 20\u20ac per week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Arrival and Departure<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrivals are between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Beyond 8 p.m. any arrival will be charged 20 \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>The g\u00eete must be vacated by 11.30 a.m. at the latest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Use of the premises \u2013 Cleaning and deposit<\/h4>\n<p>The tenant must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination.<\/p>\n<p>A deposit of \u20ac1,000 will be made by bank imprint and closed one week after your departure.<\/p>\n<p>Cleaning is included in the rental price. Nevertheless, certain rules of propriety indicated in the welcome booklet will have to be respected.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of damage to the premises, breakage or non-compliance with these rules, all or part of the deposit will be withheld. The total amount of the reservation will be due within 15 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Conditions for modifying the stay<\/h4>\n<p>Any modification of stay must be made by email to the address contact@domaine-la-parpaille.com<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modification more than 30 days before the date of arrival: Free of charge<\/li>\n<li>Modification between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date: Modification costs: 50% of the deposit and a new reservation must be made.<\/li>\n<li>Modification less than 15 days before the date of arrival: Modification costs correspond to the deposit \u2013 a new reservation must be made.<\/li>\n<li>Any stay started will be due in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cancellation insurance will be offered to you at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapkadirect.fr\/index.php?action=produit&amp;id=891&amp;app=parpaille\">We suggest that you take out cancellation insurance with CHAPKA.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This cancellation insurance must be validated when you book directly online.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Option F1:\n<ul>\n<li>Guarantees including cancellation COVID 19: Cancellation of the tenant, interruption of the stay, late arrival<\/li>\n<li>Net premium including tax on 01\/01\/2022 (% of the total amount of the stay): 2.20%<\/li>\n<li>Minimum premium: \u20ac8<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Option F2:\n<ul>\n<li>Guarantees including cancellation COVID 19: Formula 1 + RC guarantee, anti-surprise resort, forgotten object, key repair<\/li>\n<li>Net premium including VAT on 01\/01\/2022 (% of the total amount of the stay): 2.80%<\/li>\n<li>Minimum premium: \u20ac8<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Covid-19 case: In the event of a new official directive, issued by a government (confinement, or closure of borders, or introduction of quarantine) between the date of your reservation and that of your stay, you will be able to cancel your visit free of charge, or to postpone your stay to a later date (subject to availability).
