They must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in the bedrooms. A fee of \u20ac20 per week per pet applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrivals take place between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.<\/li>\n<li>After 8:00 PM, any arrival will be charged \u20ac20.<\/li>\n<li>The cottage must be vacated by 11:30 am at the latest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Use of the premises \u2013 Cleaning and deposit<\/h3>\n<p>The tenant must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination.<\/p>\n<p>A deposit of \u20ac1,000 will be taken in the form of a bank imprint and closed one week after departure.<\/p>\n<p>Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, certain rules of etiquette outlined in the welcome booklet must be observed.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of damage to the premises, breakage, or failure to comply with these rules, all or part of the security deposit may be retained. As the tenant is responsible for any damage caused by them, they must be covered by a holiday insurance policy to cover the various risks associated with their stay.<\/p>\n<h3>Booking confirmation and payment<\/h3>\n<p>All reservations must be confirmed, firstly, by returning the duly completed and signed rental agreement and, secondly, by payment according to the following terms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For arrivals in more than 45 days:<\/strong> 50 % of the amount of the stay upon booking and the balance of 50 % no later than 45 days before the start of the stay.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For arrival in less than 45 days:<\/strong> 100 % of the amount of the stay at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Payment methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By check made payable to Eve OBERT \u2013 Domaine La Parpaille, Chemin Blanqui, 84160 Cucuron.<\/li>\n<li>By bank transfer: IBAN: FR76 1131 5000 0104 5640 2348 551 \u2013 BIC: CEPAFRPP131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The tourist tax, the amount of which is set by the relevant authorities, is payable by the client. The applicable amount is indicated at the time of booking and must be paid according to the terms specified for the stay.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation policy for stay<\/h3>\n<p>Any cancellation of stay must be sent by email to contact@domaine-la-parpaille.com.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More than 30 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> Full refund of the total booking amount within 15 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> 50 % refund of the total booking amount within 15 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less than 15 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> No refunds. The full amount of the reservation will be due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Conditions for modifying the stay<\/h3>\n<p>Any request to modify the stay must be sent by email to contact@domaine-la-parpaille.com.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>More than 30 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> modification free of charge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> The modification fee is 50 % of the deposit and a new reservation will need to be made.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less than 15 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> The modification fee corresponds to the amount of the deposit and a new reservation will need to be made.<\/li>\n<li>Any stay that has commenced is payable in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>cancellation insurance<\/h3>\n<p>Cancellation insurance may be offered at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chapkadirect.fr\/index.php?action=produit&amp;id=891&amp;app=parpaille\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Domaine La Parpaille offers you the option of taking out cancellation insurance with Chapka Assurances.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Subscribing to this insurance is optional and is done directly with the insurer.<\/p>\n<p>The applicable guarantees, exclusions, rates, and conditions are those presented by the insurer at the time of subscription. It is the client&#039;s responsibility to review them before signing up.<\/p>\n<h2>2 \u2013 General Terms and Conditions of Sale for rooms at the Domaine<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Accommodation capacity: 5 bedrooms and 1 loft.<\/li>\n<li>The premises are not suitable for accommodating people with reduced mobility.<\/li>\n<li>Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome. They must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in the rooms. A supplement of \u20ac7 per day per pet applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Arrival<\/h3>\n<p>Arrivals are between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, any arrival will be charged \u20ac20.<\/p>\n<p>For any arrival outside this time slot, we kindly ask you to inform us of your approximate arrival time at least 48 hours in advance, by email to contact@domaine-la-parpaille.com or by telephone at +33 (0)6 75 98 06 70.<\/p>\n<h3>Departure<\/h3>\n<p>Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.<\/p>\n<h3>Use of the premises \u2013 Cleaning and deposit<\/h3>\n<p>The tenant must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination.<\/p>\n<p>Daily room cleaning is included in the rental price.
