Concerned about our environment and the impact we have on our planet, it is important to us to act consciously to protect it as much as possible.
We started by getting involved in a zero waste policy. Glass containers for our lunch salads and for portable crates, cloth napkins for our guest tables, etc. And as for everyday rubbish, we work hard to sort it.
Natural and local products are used to make Eve's delicious dishes.
And this year, we have also implemented new actions to become more involved in protecting our planet. We are proud to have joined last December the recognized global movement of companies committed to protecting the environment : 1% for the Planet.
Moreover, we have also signed a partnership with the Permanent center for environmental initiatives in Provence to support water conservation. An original action combining water conservation – the objective being to limit the impact of the Guest House in water consumption – through the active participation of guests in this approach.
Finally, the Domaine is also a member of Luberon Natural Park Value and Luberon label. He is thus an active member for the territory and for the preservation of the environment.
