Each plate reflects his commitment to the Slow Life, a philosophy inherited from the Slow Food movement, where one takes the time to cook, to taste and to share.
At Domaine La Parpaille, cuisine is part of a larger experience. Between culinary workshops, wellness days, yoga, pool days and estate aperitifs, everything is designed as a moment to be fully enjoyed.
Here, you savor the moment as much as the food.
Breakfast
The Breakslow of Domaine La Parpaille… A suspended moment, which makes you happy for the rest of the day. It sets the tone of our mood, of our desires. Breakfast is the sacred moment of the day. It can be adapted to suit your diet (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)
To be found at the table: Selection of fresh breads, Unsalted or salted butter, Almond puree, Homemade jams, Wall honey, Hot drinks, Assortment of Alveus teas, Homemade hot chocolate, Organic or vegetable milk, Viennese pastries, Orange juice apples – healthy juice depending on the season, Fresh fruit salad, Homemade yoghurt, Homemade granola, Homemade dried fruits, Homemade delicacies, a different cake every morning. Lunch
Noon is approaching, a little hungry?
We offer you our lunch consisting of a house salad or a sandwich, a treat and a small bottle of Provençal water – 808 water. To favor the zero waste, all our preparations are served in glass containers and placed on a wooden crate: it's not that complicated and so much prettier!

The Guest Table
Eve's Table, Thursday evenings! A gourmet and warm moment awaits you from 7:00 pm by the pool, around a signature cocktail imagined and made by Léa (also available in a non-alcoholic version) accompanied by Eve's signature appetizers.
The evening continues in our small courtyard, under the plane tree and the golden hour, around a Mediterranean-inspired dish prepared with produce from our local farmers. And because at the Domaine, dinner wouldn't be complete without a sweet touch, let yourself be surprised by a delicious dessert. To prolong this moment of tranquility, enjoy a lemon verbena infusion from the garden or the refined notes of a good coffee.

We offer you a crate to share for dinner, wherever you wish on the estate.
To favor the zero waste, all our preparations are served in glass containers and arranged in a wooden crate: it's not so complicated, and so much prettier! Everything is delivered to your room.
menu: hot soups, homemade savory cakes, spreads, cheese, bread, butter, compote or fruit, biscuits.
