Eve cooks like she entertains, with attention to detail. A former engineer with a passion for Provençal cuisine, she shares a sincere and vibrant cooking style.

His menu showcases fresh, local produce, following the rhythm of the seasons and the inspiration of the moment.

Each plate reflects his commitment to the Slow Life, a philosophy inherited from the Slow Food movement, where one takes the time to cook, to taste and to share.

At Domaine La Parpaille, cuisine is part of a larger experience. Between culinary workshops, wellness days, yoga, pool days and estate aperitifs, everything is designed as a moment to be fully enjoyed.

The Breakslow of Domaine La Parpaille… A suspended moment, which makes you happy for the rest of the day. It sets the tone of our mood, of our desires. Breakfast is the sacred moment of the day. It can be adapted to suit your diet (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)

Noon is approaching, a little hungry?

We offer you our lunch consisting of a house salad or a sandwich, a treat and a small bottle of Provençal water – 808 water. To favor the zero waste, all our preparations are served in glass containers and placed on a wooden crate: it's not that complicated and so much prettier!

La Table d’hôtes

Tous les jeudi soirs

La Table d’Eve, le jeudi soir ! Un moment gourmand et chaleureux vous attend dès 19h00 au bord de la piscine, autour d’un cocktail signature imaginé et réalisé par Léa (disponible également en version sans alcool) accompagné d’amuses-bouches signés Eve.

La soirée se poursuit ensuite dans notre petite cour, sous le platane et les couleurs de l’heure dorée, autour d’un plat aux accents méditerranéens confectionné à partir des produits de nos petits producteurs. Et parce qu’au Domaine, un dîner ne saurait se terminer sans une touche sucrée, laissez-vous surprendre par un délicieux dessert. Pour prolonger ce moment en douceur, dégustez une tisane de verveine citronnée du jardin ou les notes raffinées d’un bon café.

Every Thursday, the Domaine opens its doors to you for aperitif evenings by the pool, of 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
