Terms of Sales

1- General Conditions of Sale of the Gîte Sous l'Amandier

• Non-smoking cottage
• Accommodation capacity: 4 people
• Pets (dogs and cats) are accepted on a leash and cannot go into the rooms. Provide a supplement of 7€/day per animal.
• Pets are accepted on a leash and cannot go into the rooms
• Their stay will cost you 20€ per week.

Arrival and Departure

• Arrivals are between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.
• Beyond 8 p.m. any arrival will be charged 20 €
• The gîte must be vacated by 11.30 a.m. at the latest.

Use of the premises – Cleaning and deposit

The tenant must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination.

A deposit of €1,000 will be made by bank imprint and closed one week after your departure.

Cleaning is included in the rental price. Nevertheless, certain rules of propriety indicated in the welcome booklet will have to be respected.

In the event of damage to the premises, breakage or non-compliance with these rules, all or part of the deposit will be withheld. On the other hand, the tenant being responsible for any damage occurring from his fault, he will be required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.

Booking Confirmation and Payment

Any reservation must be confirmed on the one hand by returning the duly completed and signed rental contract and on the other hand by payment:

• If arrived in more than 45 days : 50% upon reservation, 50% 45 days before the stay.
• If arrival in less than 45 days : 100% upon reservation

Means of payment:

• By check made out to Eve OBERT – Domaine La Parpaille Chemin Blanqui 84160 Cucuron
• By transfer to the following account: IBAN: FR76 1131 5000 0104 5640 2348 551 – BIC: CEPAFRPP131

Tourist taxes of €0.99 per adult per day will be paid at the end of the stay.

Conditions for canceling the stay

Any cancellation of stay must be made by email to the address contact@domaine-la-parpaille.com:

• More than 30 days before the arrival date: Full refund of the total amount of the reservation within 15 days.
• Between 15 and 30 days before the date of arrival: Reimbursement of 50 % of the total amount of the reservation within 15 days.
• Less than 15 days before the arrival date: No refund. The total amount of the reservation will be due within 15 days.

Conditions for modifying the stay

Any modification of stay must be made by email to the address contact@domaine-la-parpaille.com

• Modification more than 30 days before the date of arrival: Free of charge
• Modification between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date: Modification costs: 50% of the deposit and a new reservation must be made.
• Modification less than 15 days before the date of arrival: Modification costs correspond to the deposit – a new reservation must be made.
• Any stay started will be due in full.

Cancellation insurance will be offered to you at the time of booking.

We suggest that you take out cancellation insurance with CHAPKA.

This cancellation insurance must be validated when you book directly online.

• Option F1:
  • Guarantees including cancellation COVID 19: Cancellation of the tenant, interruption of the stay, late arrival
  • Net premium including tax on 01/01/2022 (% of the total amount of the stay): 2.20%
  • Minimum premium: €8
• Option F2:
  • Guarantees including cancellation COVID 19: Formula 1 + RC guarantee, anti-surprise resort, forgotten object, key repair
  • Net premium including VAT on 01/01/2022 (% of the total amount of the stay): 2.80%
  • Minimum premium: €8

Covid-19 case: In the event of a new official directive, issued by a government (confinement, or closure of borders, or introduction of quarantine) between the date of your reservation and that of your stay, you will be able to cancel your visit free of charge, or to postpone your stay to a later date (subject to availability). If you have opted for cancellation insurance, reimbursement will be made directly by the insurance company.

2- General Conditions of Sale of the rooms of the Domain

• Accommodation capacity: 5 bedrooms and 1 loft
• The places are not adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility
• Pets (dogs and cats) are accepted on a leash and cannot go into the rooms. Provide a supplement of 7€/day per animal.

Arrival

Arrivals are between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Beyond 8 p.m. any arrival will be charged 20 €

For any arrival, outside this time slot, please notify us of your approximate time of arrival, 48 hours in advance by email (contact@domaine-la-parpaille.com) or by telephone (+33 (0)6 75 98 06 70).

Departure

Rooms must be vacated no later than 11 a.m.

Use of the premises – Cleaning and deposit

The tenant must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination.

Daily room cleaning is included in the rental price. However, certain rules of propriety must be observed. Thus it is not allowed to bring food into the rooms.

In the event of damage to the premises, breakage or non-compliance with these rules, costs may be incurred and must be regularized. To this end, a bank imprint of €500 will be requested upon your arrival and closed one week after your departure.

Booking Confirmation and Payment

All reservations are confirmed by payment of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the stay (if arrival in 30 days or more, otherwise 100%) payable by credit card, transfer or check (in the event of a reservation not made directly on the site - the reservation on the site being made exclusively by credit card).

The balance of the stay is taken from your credit card when booking. If you paid by check or transfer, payment of the balance must be made
before your arrival.

• In the event of a stay being terminated prematurely, no refund will be made.
• In the event of a date change request made 30 days or more before the arrival date, the change will be made free of charge.
• In the event of a request for a change of date occurring less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained and the new reservation will be the subject of a new rental request.
