Lemon tonka shortbread
Ingredients
125g soft butter
250g flour
70 g icing sugar
Lemon zest
¼ tonka bean
Flower of salt
Milk
Preparation
Preheat the Th6 oven
Mix butter and sugar – add flour and salt. Flavorings.
Add milk until you get a smooth ball.
Roll out to 5mm thickness and cut out various shapes.
Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and enjoy warm or cold.
