Recipe ~ Savory granola

Who said granola was only sweet? Available in a savory version, it will add a touch of pep to your dishes... and to your taste buds!


100g oat flakes

100g cashew nuts

70g pumpkin seeds – 35g flax seeds – 35g sunflower seeds – 30g white sesame

1 egg white – 4tbsp oil

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 level teaspoon of chili – ½ teaspoon of ground ginger

½ tbsp pepper – ½ tbsp salt



Preheat the oven to TH 160°C

Mix the egg white with the oil, maple syrup and all the spices

In a salad bowl, put all the dry ingredients – add the egg/syrup/oil mixture and mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Spread this preparation on the baking tray and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. The granola should be golden and dry.

Wait until it has completely cooled and store in a pretty jar.

  • On a dhal soup (red lentils – butternut – pumpkin and ginger)
  • On a gourmet toast (a nice slice of toasted wholemeal bread covered with hummus – avocados – dried tomatoes – young shoots – poached egg)
  • And for those with a sweet tooth: with a teaspoon and nothing!
