100g oat flakes
100g cashew nuts
70g pumpkin seeds β 35g flax seeds β 35g sunflower seeds β 30g white sesame
1 egg white β 4tbsp oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 level teaspoon of chili β Β½ teaspoon of ground ginger
Β½ tbsp pepper β Β½ tbsp salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to TH 160Β°C
Mix the egg white with the oil, maple syrup and all the spices
In a salad bowl, put all the dry ingredients β add the egg/syrup/oil mixture and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Spread this preparation on the baking tray and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. The granola should be golden and dry.
Wait until it has completely cooled and store in a pretty jar.
